In India, Xiaomi also unveiled the Redmi 12 5G, a renamed Redmi Note 12R. According to a recent claim, Xiaomi is working on the Redmi Note 13 series.

Tipped Chipset and Camera Specifications for the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ (Alleged)
The specs supplied by tipster Kacper Skrzypek are rumored to be for the new Redmi Note 13 Pro+ smartphone. The smartphone will be powered by a MediaTek SoC, according to the tip. According to the source, Xiaomi would most likely equip the upcoming smartphone with a MediaTek processor similar to the Redmi K60 Ultra. The Redmi K60 Ultra is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ SoC from Xiaomi.
The handset got 1,774,714 points in AnTuTu benchmarks, according to the manufacturer, which is thought to be the best number on any smartphone. According to Kacper Skrzypek, Xiaomi will outfit the smartphone with a 200MP primary rear camera. Xiaomi’s smartphone will most likely be equipped with a Samsung HP3 sensor with an f/1.8 aperture. The smartphone will also come with a secondary 8MP Sony IMX 355 ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP OmniVision OV2B10 macro/depth lens, according to the Chinese OEM.
The 16MP OmniVision OV16A1Q selfie camera will be housed inside the punch-hole in the display, according to the manufacturer. Other details about the new Redmi Note 13 series smartphones are not revealed by tipster Kacper Skrzypek.
Xiaomi is also expected to have a camera cut-out on the smartphone, similar to the flagship Xiaomi 13 smartphone. The smartphone, according to Digital Chat Station, will sport a 6.7-inch OLED display with a punch-hole in the center. The smartphone would have a 1.5K resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz, according to Xiaomi. The phone will be powered by a massive 5000 mAh battery that supports 120W wired rapid charging.
The future devices will most likely come pre-installed with MIUI 15, which is based on Android 13. According to recent reports, the standard Redmi Note 13 smartphone would be codenamed garnet_pre. In the IMEI database, the Chinese edition of the Note 13 series smartphones with the model number 2312DRAABC was found.
