With the debut of the iQoo Z8 in next month, iQoo is apparently intending to expand its Z line of smartphones. The iQoo Z8 Specifications, including processor, RAM, display, and camera features, have recently leaked on Weibo ahead of formal announcements. The rumored iQoo Z8 is expected to be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC and 8GB or 12GB of RAM. The phone will most likely successor the iQoo Z7, which was released in India earlier this year.
According to a Weibo post by tipster Digital Chat Station, iQoo is working on a successor to the iQoo Z7, dubbed the iQoo Z8, which is expected to be released next month. The rumored iQoo Z8 smartphone is expected to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC, with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. According to the source, the phone would have a 6.64-inch flat LCD display with full-HD+ quality and a high refresh rate. It could also have a centrally aligned hole-punch cutout for the camera on the front.
The upcoming The iQoo Z8 Specifications is believed to have a 16-megapixel selfie and video camera. Furthermore, the smartphone is expected to run on the Android 13-based OriginOS 3.0. It could be powered by a 5,000mAh battery and allow 120W rapid charging.
Aside from that, a recent report stated that the iQoo Z8 could be released in Black and Blue color variants. The smartphone could be priced similarly to the iQoo Z7, which is CNY 1,599 (approximately Rs. 18,400).
The handset is offered in two storage configurations: 6GB RAM + 128GB and 8GB RAM + 128GB. It has a 6.38-inch AMOLED display with a full-HD+ resolution (1,080×2,400 pixels).
